These pancakes are delicious! However, they are not like the image on the website, they are much more like crepe style pancakes following the amount of water in the instructions, not thick and fluffy. So be warned if you are looking for the fluffy kind. They still get an 'A' in my book based on taste. My first tin was a gift, had to order more. Not a lot of batches per container, but it makes a great treat.
