Spoon preserves made in the classic French technique, are super fruit forward and more like a traditional jam with a softer set but with lots of great texture.  A natural accompaniment to toast, dessert, or straight from the spoon (the way preserves were originally enjoyed).   But  they are also tailor made for untraditional Sweet & Savory pairings — upgrade your cheese platter to the sublime with this signature 5-pack. 

Includes: Island-made Spoon Preserves in Pear/Bay, Shiro Plum/Mint, Island Plum, Rhubarb/ Lavender and Apple/Caramel (2 oz. jars). 

They farm and grow many fruits organically and use Fair Trade unrefined organic cane sugar. Outsourced fruits and vegetables are sourced locally and from small farms.

  • Orcas Pear with Bay - Orcas pears, organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice, fresh bay leaves.
