Since 1984, our team has been completely dedicated to curating the best of Washington State in a way that thrills and inspires you. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.

 

If you experience a problem please contact our Customer Service Department and we will resolve things promptly. Made in Washington may require the return of the products with which you are dissatisfied before we substitute an acceptable item, issue a credit voucher or give you cash back. Also, you can return any item purchased over this web site either via mail, or at any of our two store locations within 60 days of purchase. All you need is your receipt.

  • — Used or partially used Digital Gifts cards cannot be returned.
