Hot Cakes achieved a plant based version of their salted caramel by using organic coconut milk in place of dairy. So silky and smooth, you'd never know it's vegan! This plant based drinkable dessert showcases the complex flavors achieved in their caramel making, by using slow, old school techniques. Dry burned caramel relies on trained artisans' judgment and intuition, and allows nuanced flavors to develop in ways that the more common wet caramel method will never match—in part due to the link between the copper pot and their artisan saucier. 

Not too salty, but just enough to balance the sweetness to enhance the deep, smoky notes of the dry-burn.

You made me Mother-In-Law of the Year!!!!!

My Vegan Daughter-In-Law was craving caramel. I sent her two others which my Vegan son gently let me know they were sorely lacking in flavor. I recently sent this one and both of them said it was INCREDIBLE!!! They used words like "heavenly" and "gourmet" to describe it. I will definitely be re-ordering when it is back in stock.

I’ve purchased and repurchased this item. I have an infatuation with sea salt caramel lattes & mochas and this sauce is the best I’ve tried!
