If you would like help entering 10 or more orders shipping to multiple locations, please email our Customer Service team or contact them at 800-388-9903 for assistance, Mon - Fri 9- 2 PT.
How do I track my order?
Online customers will receive an email (if you enter an email address) with tracking numbers once an order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Made In Washington cannot ship to international addresses.
What is your return policy?
If you experience a problem with your order or are unsatisfied with our products, contact our Customer Service Department, and we will resolve things promptly. Made In Washington may require returning the products with which you are dissatisfied before we substitute an acceptable item, issue a credit or give you cash back. With a receipt, you may return any item purchased online either by mail or at any of our three store locations within 60 days of purchase. Please note: Food items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety reasons. Gift cards are unable to be returned or exchanged.

STORES & AVAILABILITY
Where are you located?
We have retail locations in downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Lynnwood. Our shipping warehouse is in Everett, and some of our team works out of Anacortes. Additionally, we have several managers and call center team members working remotely.
The Made In Washington store location at SeaTac Airport is a licensed location, staffed and managed by the Hudson Group. As such, some products, promotions, and special features on MadeInWashington.com or at the three Made In Washington locations listed above may not be reflected at the SeaTac location.

Why can't I find something I saw in one of your stores online?
Our Made In Washington stores may carry one-of-a-kind or limited products that are more difficult to sell online because each piece is unique. Also, the stores may work with new makers directly to introduce them to customers, so those makers may not be represented on our website. Our stores’ personal shoppers are happy to help you via email, text, phone, or on FaceTime, if you’ve spotted an item you can’t live without!

Do you have a business gift program?
Yes, we have a business gift program. You may contact our business gift team at 1-800-338-9903 or by email. We will be happy to discuss options, including customization, with you.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, Made In Washington currently offers digital gift cards in various denominations. Click here to purchase a digital gift card.
Can I return a digital gift card?
A digital gift card is cash. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are giving a digital card as a gift, please confirm your recipient's email when forwarding the gift card.
