After Woodinville Whiskey Co. empties their bourbon and rye whiskey barrels they refill with pure, grade-A, dark amber maple syrup that is harvested from the eastern United States. They put them away to age gracefully where they absorb all the delicious flavors from the barrel: vanilla, caramel, wood spice and best of all a hint of whiskey. 8.5 oz.

Add this to your favorite pancakes or waffles, as an ice cream topping, or as a glaze for your salmon. Mix in your cocktail as a simple syrup substitute, or in coffee as a substitute for sugar.
