Original Smoked Oysters are harvested from the Pacific ocean. Ekone pacific oysters are grown on their farms in Willapa Bay located on the coast of Washington State. They are grown using the long-line method to promote the highest quality oyster, and ensure they are always free of sand and grit. They are harvested fresh then brought to their Ekone cannery in Bay Center, Washington, where the oysters are steamed and opened, then brined in small batches. The brined oysters are then placed meticulously on stainless steel racks and smoked using maple chips. A true classic that is fresh, all natural and allows the flavor of the oysters to shine! (1 can)

Each 3 ounce can is made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives. They are also shelf stable for up to four years. Food Alliance certified (sustainable agriculture), 100% Traceable, BPA Free, Regenerative and Sustainably farmed.

Smoked Oyster Happiness.

These Oysters are perfect in both taste and texture...after I chow thru the whole can while cooking, I add the can juices to a nice homemade vinaigrette for my salad with dinner...sshhh, I don't want everyone knowing my dressing secret!

Best Smoked Oysters Ever!!!

Ekone Oyster Co. has it down. I have been eating these oysters, first from the pouch, and recently in the can and they are hands down the BEST tasting smoked oysters EVER. These are way less covered in oil and so you get the full flavor of the wonderful oyster.
