Susan Gibbons Wolf is a free-lance writer born and raised in Washington State. She studied Creative Writing at the University of Washington and attended various workshops and writers’ conferences. She is also a trained Public Information Officer. She is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and a past member of the Pacific NW Writers Association.
Teaching Primary (Sunday School) children for over 40 years has given her the perspective of what children want: vivid illustrations, engaging text, heartfelt messages and worthy subjects. A background in public speaking, public service, and direct sales -plus her own friendly and engaging personality - have given her the edge when it comes to reaching children and adults.
She is the mother of three, stepmother of six, and grandmother of four. Susan and her husband live on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in Washington state.
