Maya Mountain centrally processes beans from all of these farming families at a post-harvest facility where three unique stages of sun drying create optimal flavor.
- Organic Cane Sugar, Made from organic sugar cane grown in South America. The cane juice, rich in molasses, vitamins and minerals, is squeezed from fresh sugar cane, evaporated and crystallized.
- Sea Salt Flakes - Pure Flake Finishing Salt from the Jacobsen Salt Co. It doesn't get any better than this.
- Nibs - Colombia nibs are sprinkled into the back of the bar to give this a satisfying crunch.
- Note: Made without the use of additional flavor additives or emulsifiers, such as vanilla or soy lecithin. A chocolate that is true to the unique flavor of each cacao origin.
