- Maya Mountain Cacao, Belize - Maya Mountain Cacao works with 350+, certified organic, smallholder cacao farming families in the Toledo District. Maya Mountain centrally processes beans from all of these farming families at a post-harvest facility where three unique stages of sun drying create optimal flavor.
- Organic Cane Sugar - Made from organic sugar cane grown in South America. The cane juice, rich in molasses, vitamins and minerals, is squeezed from fresh sugar cane, evaporated and crystallized.
- 2BAR 100 Proof Straight Bourbon Whiskey - The Distillers at 2BAR Spirits collaborated with Spinnaker on this bar. The whiskey has tasting notes of butterscotch, vanilla, cherry, chocolate and a long honey finish. All of their whiskey is handmade from 100% local grains.
- Note: Made without the use of additional flavor additives or emulsifiers, such as vanilla or soy lecithin. A chocolate that is true to the unique flavor of each cacao origin.
