Ingredient List:
Rec'd gift of Honey, Mt. Rainier Fireweed and just opened it this morning.
It was a solid block of sugar. Is there a way to reduce it to a honey syrup?
Please advise.
FROM THE MADE IN WASHINGTON TEAM:
Hi Grace,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. As honey is a natural product, it can crystallize for many different reasons. We recommend placing the jar of honey into a bowl of warm water which will bring it back to its liquid form. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help. We appreciate your business!
We moved to Oklahoma but fireweed is only available in the Pacific Northwest. I order 2 to 3 times a year to stock up on our family’s favorite honey.
Fireweed makes one of the lightest, sweetest honeys with much more flavor than the ones you get at the grocery stores.
It has been our favorite for many years.
Mount Rainier Fireweed Honey
Absolute Excellence! Both the person I gifted it to and myself found the quality and flavor we love in a fireweed honey to be all we hoped it would be and packaging and shipping were fast and secure. Will buy again for sure. P.S. it has a lovely after taste kick to it too. Thank you.
