Indaba Coffee's Lilac City coffee pays tribute to their hometown Spokane, WA. In the 1930'a, with the aim of promoting Spokane as a "Lilac City, the local garden club was encouraged by community leaders to plant lilac bushes throughout the city. By 1938 there were 144 lilac bushes and the first Lilac festival was held. 

Lilac City is Indaba's go to medium roast of specialty grade Latin America coffee. They roast all their coffee in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
