Growing up, my mother used to can vegetables from our large garden including pickles. I could eat a whole jar at a time. I bought a jar of these at a farm stand and then online, four more jars, and they are absolutely delicious. They take me back to my youth and taste very similar to mom’s. Perfect balance of tang and dill with just a hint of sweetness. I’m embarassed to admit that first jar did not last through the weekend…
