This sauce is meant to taste like habanero peppers...just habanero peppers.  That means no garlic, mango, pineapple, peach, guava, or anything else to detract from the true fruity-hot habanero flavor. The secondary ingredients and vinegar base create the stage for the habanero peppers to stand alone.

This has a "medium" heat level that gives plenty of feel and warmth, but not too hot to fully taste food and sauce. For those who are interested in habanero flavor and some, not all, of the heat, this is for you.
