Roasted In Seattle is a long-running collaboration between Caffe Appassionato of Seattle and Made In Washington to offer great small-batch, artisan roasted coffees inspired by life here in the Pacific Northwest.
At Made In Washington, Caffè Appassionato was an easy choice for our partner in this collaboration, due to their long, rich heritage in the Seattle specialty coffee revolution. Founded in 1990 in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood, Caffe Appassionato has built its following on superior quality, full-bodied flavor and low acidity.
The collaboration began with Rainy Day Roast (“A Classic Seattle Blend – Smooth, Flavorful & Comforting”), Market Espresso and Evergreen Roast. Now, three new blends have been added to further celebrate life in the Pacific Northwest:
Coffee just hits different here in the Pacific Northwest, and the Roasted In Seattle line seeks to capture that in every mug.

- Lake House Roast – Wrap-your-hands-around-the-mug smooth, medium blend for easy sipping
- Fire Pit Blend – Mild, low-caffeine roast perfect for relaxing at night around the fire … or around the table.
