This award winning roast is what Indaba cafes use as their primary espresso. It's bold enough for milk, complex enough for a straight shot.

• Blend - 2/3 Guatemala 1/3 Ethiopia Natural 
• Washed & Natural Processed - Blend combines beans processed using two different methods: the washed process (the fruit and skin of the coffee cherry are removed before drying) and the natural process (the entire coffee cherry is dried in the sun and the beans are removed later)
• 12 oz.
• Roasted in Spokane, WA
