Each smoked salmon fillet is vacuum sealed in SeaBear's signature Gold Seal pouch (a SeaBear innovation) and gently cooked in its own natural juices; this preserves the salmon naturally so no refrigeration is required until opened. Ready to serve. 

1.5 fillet. Kosher. MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified sustainably fished seafood. GMO verified.
