Designers bio: Thomas Cardwell is a game designer based in Seattle. He strives to create games that introduce modern game design to a larger audience, provide simple frameworks for deep decision-making, and utilize games as a community-building tool. Kelly Cardwell is a chemist with a keen eye for precision (necessary for her second job as the Gameswell editor). You can catch the two of them cooking together, hiking one of the many PNW trails, and hosting playtesting nights with friends.
PNW illustrator bio: Megan Wyreweden is an Asian-American illustrator living and working out of a tiny cottage in Seattle, WA. Her work is inspired by nostalgia, natural history, folklore, and a very nerdy childhood filled with books. She creates art full time; freelancing for the tabletop and fantasy book publishing industries, running her online shop, and selling her work at conventions around the country. She primarily works with acrylic paint and digital media, while occasionally experimenting with ink, graphite and gouache.
