  • 10 Gray Salt Caramel - Slow-cooked, soft butter caramel is dipped in 70% dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkling of gray sea salt harvested off the coast of Brittany.

  • 10 Smoked Salt Caramel - Slow-cooked, soft butter caramel is dipped in 39% deep milk chocolate and finished with sea salt that has been lightly smoked over Welsh oak.

Joy of fine chocolate

Made in Washington made it easy to ship one of the best chocolates of Washington State to my aunt & uncle in California. They called me immediately after trying them to tell me how impressed they were with the flavor and texture of the Frans caramels.
