Pacific Northwest smoked salmon is one of the world's great regional food traditions. For over 65 years, SeaBear has been smoking wild salmon in the centuries-old traditions of our region, resulting in a moist, flaky, fully cooked smoked salmon unlike any other.
The wild Alaskan Sockeye, with its rich red color and robust classic salmon flavor has long been SeaBear's signature smoked salmon. Packaged in a beautiful wood gift box featuring Native art.
READY TO EAT, & NO REFRIGERATION REQUIRED
Each smoked salmon fillet is vacuum sealed in SeaBear's signature Gold Seal pouch (a SeaBear innovation) and gently cooked in its own natural juices; this preserves the salmon naturally so no refrigeration is required until opened. Ready to serve.
