I got this for my relatives who moved from Washington out of state from being decades here, we all grew up in island county and we cook a LOT of homemade authentic Italian recipes that have been passed down for decades, so we certainly have a few staples, it's SALT, garlic, and olive oil. But this salt is not only nostalgic for a PNW WA local, but the flavor of it is also like a memory of summers at the beach or trips to the San Juan's, I'm already on round 2 so I'm guessing it's gonna be a seasonal stocking stuffer for sure
