delicious & intricate

I've become a hot chocolate aficionado, & this blend has become a cabinet staple. I like my cup obscenely dark & rich. This cocoa reads to my palate as more on the milk chocolate side, so I blend it with my super-dark standby. Even in proportionately small amounts, the mint & lavender flavors shine through.
