From a pure taste level, Campfire roasted coffee may actually be more representative of the cupping notes often listed on bags of coffee. Why is this? Well, for starters, initial cuppings of a coffee fresh from harvest usually happen right at the farm and in coffee producing regions, wood fire roasting is actually quite common. So when you see “notes of apricot and cocoa” but are wondering where that flavor is, you will likely find it in a smoky, colorful cup of Campfire Coffee.

Starry Night Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Whole Bean): Single-origin coffee from Ethiopia, organically grown and fair-trade and super yummy! Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is one of their personal favorites. African coffees are known for their complex, rich flavors but a campfire roasted Yirgacheffe is out of this world. Try it as a pour over or French press to get the full effect or pull a couple shots and add a sprinkle of cinnamon!  Notes: berries, chocolate, clean, bold. 12 oz

They appreciate a good roast, they love a rich single-origin and a fun blend but, if cream and sugar is how you roll it’s how they roll. Great fruity punch

Love this coffee! It has such a fruity, rich flavor. I use it as both a drip coffee and a cold brew. Delicious both ways!

PERFECT!

Way better than expectation

I ordered this coffee out of curiosity. After first sip, I yelled "Oh my gosh!" Coffee beans were roasted just at the right level. I didn't taste any bitterness or unneccesary flavor at all. Coffee tastes fresh and gives very pleasant vibe. I became a fan of this coffee.
