They slow-simmer the ingredients to create a smooth, gently chewy texture that's impossible to resist! I remember several years ago getting these for Christmas gifts, very interested in doing it again . They were so good.

I see now that this family-owned, small company has been sold to a Russian company called KDV USA, which is part of the KDV Group in Russia. I'm sorry I've given my dollars to such a country
