Mike and Dominica Smith, 6 kids, and a whole bunch of animals had their dream to own a farm come true in the Spring of 2020 when they acquired their little property near Lake Joy in Carnation, WA.
They sell a few things. They have classes that they host ranging from cast iron care to pickling. They also sell meat shares of their beef, pork and chickens. They even sell eggs and some produce!
They also make things too. When you raise animals, beef, pork and chicken in particular, salt and spice become ingredients that can be difference makers. With that in mind, they developed a line of spice rubs. They also make candles, bitters, and so much more under their Blacksmith Trading Company line of straight-from-the-farm products.
You're invited to hang out on their farm and share their commitment to local (when possible), organic (when possible) and high quality (always) ingredients in their products.
