Becky Robertson I have been gluten free for over 10 years. I live and have lived in the south most of my life. I love biscuits. My family loves biscuits. I make great biscuits -not gluten free though. So for 10 years I have made great biscuits that I cannot eat. Have tried dozens of recipes mixes for gluten free biscuits. You name it. They all came up waaaay short of anything worth eating. Then a friend from Cle Elum sent me this mix. They were Great biscuits!! Seriously. I know biscuits snd these are great gluten free or not. Just a great biscuit. So now YAY!! I can eat biscuits again!!
