Beecher's Handmade Cheese opened in 2003 in Seattle's Pike Place Market, in a glass-walled kitchen where visitors could watch cheesemakers transform fresh milk from local dairies into artisan cheese. They've since expanded to New York City, but their Pike Place home is still crafting cheese with care and a commitment to purity. One 5 oz. bag.
