Hot Dam

This is legit. Awesome. Amazing. I fell in love with this stuff after stumbling across them at a farmers market. Washingtonians have skewed ranks of “hot”. Hot here is mild anywhere in the USA, but these guys…they make hot sauce the right way. When they say “hot”, it is hot. And hot damn, I love myself some hot sauce and these guys set the gold standard.
