Inspired by strong Scandinavian salted black licorice, their spin includes another local ingredient, Pacifique Absinthe from the Pacific Distillery in Woodinville. To intensify the absinthe flavor, they added their own blend of anise, fennel and hyssop then finished it with a sprinkling of black salt. 17-19 caramels per box
