Fresh Guava and Passion Fruit puree, along with Habaneros and an orange vanilla white balsamic vinegar from a local olive oil shop, Drizzle, this sauce is like candy! Guava and Passion Fruit hit you first, followed by a slow lingering burn from the habaneros and a slight sweetness from something familiar but hard to place…that’s the vanilla vinegar. Such a nice subtle undertone.
