Fisher Original Fair Scone & Shortcake Mix

A classic staple of the Washington State Fair! Fisher Flour Mills started selling hot scones at the 1915 Puyallup Fair to promote the use of their flour. The scones became a favorite treat of fairgoers, and in 2011 Fisher sold their 100 millionth scone in the very same location. One 18 oz box.

We love this scone mix.

We haven’t been able to find anything close to this in NC so we order these often.

Wonderful memories

As a child we always went to the Puyallup fair. We would stand in line to get a hot scone slathered in raspberry jam. Now that I do not live in Washington I’m thrilled to buy them in a mix. I buy 12 at a time. I now add nuts to mine
