This is a great blend not only for veggies, you have to try it on chicken and pork too!
I put this spice mixture in crackers that I make. It adds a wonderful flavor and I end up with GREAT crackers.
I LOVE this rub, but I use it for something other than veggies. I use a tablespoon + half in my keto cheese crackers that I make. It is fantastic.
2c. almond flour
2c shredded parm cheese
1/2 t. salt
1&1/2 T. of veggie rub
Enough water to clump up the dough so you can roll it out real thin. About 3-4 tablespoons more or less.
Bake in 250 degree oven for 40 minutes, turn the trays and back another 40 min more or less depending on your oven. Golden brown and crunchy is the sweet spot.
