Hilary Jensen is a farmer in Ellensburg, WA who, in 2012, went from corporate to coveralls. Together, with her husband John they have created Jensen Farms, which at its heart, is a u-pick pumpkin patch. Guests can enjoy holiday and special events throughout the year or go all in for their fall festival with a u-pick pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayrides, petting zoo and kid’s zone. And, you will always find good ol’ downhome cooking on the farm, which is where this sauce started.

With their signature pulled pork sandwich as the top seller in concessions each year, Hilary and John decided to bottle their one-of-a-kind sauce so guests could enjoy a little taste of the farm at home. Handmade, in small batches, this is Texas BBQ meets Thai. It’s a medley of sweet southern BBQ with Thai chili, fresh cilantro and green onion – making it the perfect sauce for BBQ, shrimp, salmon, yakisoba, baked beans, pizza and much more.
